My customer asked us to achieve these requirements in performance Goals
1. Every Goal to have minimum 1 subgoal/KPI/Milestones included
2. Milestones will be rated based on Start/Actual/Target numbers
3. Milestones ratings will generate the %Done value for the Goal
4. %Done filed should have Maximum value 100 even if Milestones targets are overachieved
