A free, hands-on One-Touch Monitoring activation session — open to all S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition customers in the Americas who haven’t yet activated monitoring in their SAP Cloud ALM tenant.

What gets activated

Once the one-touch activation is complete, all supported monitoring use cases go live automatically in the Landscape Management service in SAP Cloud ALM — fully automated, with no manual configuration required.

Am I eligible?

One-Touch Monitoring is available if your setup meets all of the following:

  • System information is automatically imported from the SAP backend (SLIS) into the Landscape Management app of SAP Cloud ALM
  • In Landscape Management, the service status shows as New
  • The customer number for SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition matches the customer number for your SAP Cloud ALM tenant
  • Your SAP Cloud ALM tenant is not located in eu10-004
