The Apple Arcade library is getting a fresh update on July 2, with six new games being added to the subscription service. The new arrivals range from dungeon-crawling fun to a single-player fishing adventure, a quirky twist on the city-building genre, and a game that challenges you to unleash your inner artist.
If you’re unfamiliar with it, Apple Arcade is a video game subscription service by Apple for its line of iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, and Apple Vision Pro devices. Priced at $7 per month–starting with a free one-month trial–or $50 annually, one of the big draws is how all of its titles are completely free of ads and in-app purchases.
The service has a library of over 270 games currently, with each entry being either a game developed specifically for Apple Arcade or a port of an existing game that has been modified to remove any ads or microtransactions.
Here’s a closer look at the new games coming to Apple Arcade in July:
Dungeon Clawler+

First up is Dungeon Clawler+, and no, that’s not a typo in the title. Combining the strategic depth of a roguelike deckbuilder with the unpredictability of an arcade claw machine. Dungeon Clawler’s novel gameplay revolves around using a real-time claw to equip your hero with weapons, armor, and items as you traverse through procedurally generated dungeons, and you’ll need to heighten your skills as you encounter dangerous bosses along the way.
Creatures of the Deep+

A relaxing fishing game, Creatures of the Deep+ challenges you to collect fish, clean up the oceans, and solve local mysteries. You might even encounter legendary monsters, and players can also compete in tournaments when they’re feeling competitive.
Pocket City 2+

There’s a thrill to creating your very own city and watching everything run like clockwork, something you’ll get to do in Pocket City 2+. Not only can you dive deep into establishing central business hubs and suburban getaways, but you can also tour your bustling metropolis on foot and take part in various activities along the way.
Draw It+

Have you got a creative side waiting to break free? Well, you can do just that in Draw It+. Perfect for anyone looking to take part in quick-fire doodling contests, Draw It+ has you racing the clock as you aim for a high score. If that sounds too stressful, the game also offers creative modes where you aren’t being timed.
In addition to the new games listed above, players can also check out fresh updates for six more titles this month:

- Hello Kitty Island Adventure
- Perchang World
- Solitaire Stories
- Snake.io+
- Pocket Love+
- Jeopardy! Daily
