What are Sparkling Aniimo?
Sparkling Aniimo are variants of the regular Aniimo types, but they have a noticeable shimmer or shine to them. These aren’t more powerful like the Prismana Aniimos, and instead these are usually just cosmetic variants.
How to get sparkling Aniimo
There are a few ways to secure sparkling Aniimo for your collection, but some methods are random while others are guaranteed. Nurturing the branches around the world could increase your chances of sparkling Aniimos in the wild, but it doesn’t guarantee them.
Wild spawns
Much like Pokemon and Palworld, you can encounter sparkling Aniimo in the wild, but your odds of finding them are very low.
Egg hatching
Most eggs will have a chance to hatch a sparkling Aniimo, but some eggs are going to be better odds than others. Sparkling Eggs are a very rare egg type, but it will guarantee a sparkling Aniimo will hatch.
This item is also offered as part of a paid shop event. Making a purchase of any amount (the monthly pass counts) will allow you to unlock bonus rewards in the Set Off Together event, including the Sparkling Egg reward. It’s found in the menus under the Events tab.
Sparkling Cubes
Sparkling Cubes are an extremely rare version of the Aniipod, and it guarantees your Aniimo catch will succeed, have perfect stats, and also be sparkling. These will probably be very rare rewards, but there are ways you can get some.
They can be obtained by collecting 1,000 Sparkling Crystals in-game currency and exchanging them for one Sparkling Cube at an outpost vendor. You can also buy them in the Aniimo shop with the Lumin Crystals shop currency. This is a pricey method, though. One Sparkling Cube will set you back about $20.
If you play during the first month of the game’s launch, you can earn one free Sparkling Cube as a login reward.
