It is a digital version of the “superjumbo,” four-engine, wide-body airliner made by Airbus. The developers worked with longtime partners iniBuilds to make the A380 for Microsoft Flight Simulator. It’s part of the game’s “Exclusive Series,” which means it will only be available for three months.
According to the developers, the in-game A380 is a highly detailed, carefully crafted virtual version of the plane, featuring “full fight deck modeling” and “extensive interactive controls, displays, and aircraft systems.”
The plane features a long list of details to mirror its real-life counterpart, even including “potable water and waste simulation.” Here’s to hoping the pee and poop simulation systems aren’t too realistic.
