As organizations accelerate their SAP cloud transformations, the demand for scalable, role-based user learning and effective change management has never been greater. With 1.1 billion jobs being radically transformed by technology and 70% of employees yet to master the skills they need today, enterprises cannot afford to rely on manual, consultant-driven approaches to user enablement.

SAP’s AI-assisted user learning and change management solution addresses this challenge head-on — using AI to semi-automate learning needs analysis, curriculum design, and content generation at scale, all grounded in real customer process data. The result: up to 60% faster content creation and up to 50% less effort in learning content development.

To help you configure this solution quickly and confidently, we are launching a new Expert-Guided Implementation (EGI):

EGI: Configuring AI-Assisted User Learning and Change Management

This optimized, short-term setup service is designed to guide your team through the end-to-end configuration of the solution. Over two half-day sessions, an SAP expert demonstrates each configuration step while participants execute the tasks in their own environment, with direct remote support available throughout.

We also offer a recurring live webinar that provides an overview of this AI service, its capabilities, and the latest features.  You can register for the live webinar here.

What You’ll Learn

The EGI covers five core setup areas, structured across two days:

Day 1 — General Solution Setup

  • Purchasing the SAP Micro-App Hub on SAP Store — understanding the required capacity units and the purchasing process
  • Activating and provisioning the solution through SAP for Me — locating your entitlement, starting provisioning, configuring the tenant, and selecting the micro-app to enable
  • Activating AI features through SAP Customer Business Configuration (CBC) — turning on premium AI capabilities that power automated content generation

By the end of Day 1, you will understand the general solution configuration requirements and be enabled to execute them autonomously.

Day 2 — Custom Solution Configuration

  • Establishing API connections in SAP BTP Cockpit — configuring destinations for SAP Signavio, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Enable Now, WalkMe Learning Arc (coming soon), and Synthesia
  • Assigning role groups to users through SAP Cloud Identity Services — setting up role collections for Learning Lead, Key User, Content Author, Change Manager, and Admin

By the end of Day 2, you will understand which custom solution configuration options are available and are enabled to execute them autonomously based on your specific toolchain setup.

How It Works

The EGI follows a proven three-phase approach for each day:

  • Empowering (Web session, 1–2 hours in the morning) — An SAP expert explains the configuration steps using training materials in a live web session.
  • Execution (1–2 hours on the same day) — Participants execute the demonstrated steps within their own SAP environment and project.
  • Expertise on Demand (during execution) — Participants have direct access to an SAP expert who provides remote support if needed during the execution phase.

Who Should Attend

This EGI is designed for:

  • Administrators responsible for provisioning and configuring SAP solutions
  • Project Managers overseeing SAP cloud transformation projects
  • Learning and Change Managers

Prerequisites

Before attending, participants should have:

  • A general understanding of SAP’s AI-assisted user learning and change management solution
  • Access to SAP for Me, SAP BTP Cockpit, SAP Customer Business Configuration (CBC), and SAP Cloud Identity Services

What You’ll Achieve

By the end of this EGI, your organization will have:

  • Purchased the SAP Micro-App Hub subscription on SAP Store
  • Configured and provisioned the solution and AI features
  • Established API connections to your existing toolchain; SAP Signavio, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Enable Now, WalkMe Learning Arc (coming soon), Synthesia
  • Assigned user roles so your team can begin using the solution immediately

Whether you are just beginning your AI-assisted learning journey or looking to extend an existing SAP transformation with scalable user enablement, this EGI equips your team to bridge the gap between strategy and execution.

Why It Matters

SAP’s AI-assisted user learning and change management solution helps organizations generate thousands of pages of role-based learning content in hours rather than months. Early adopters report up to 60–70% effort savings in content creation. The solution automatically updates content when SAP cloud releases, or custom process changes occur — eliminating the endless cycle of manual rework.

The Expert-Guided Implementation ensures you can configure these capabilities quickly, correctly, and with confidence — so your team can focus on what matters most: preparing your people for change.
