Judging the speed for MTB jumps can be tricky, ride too slow and you’ll case the jump (which isn’t fun, especially on a double) go too fast and you could completely miss the landing! Learning by following other mountain bikers is the best and safest way to get the correct speed, but it doesn’t teach you how to gauge speed yourself.
