[[{“value”:”The @orbea Rallon has been the hardest hitting bike in the Spanish brand’s lineup for quite some time. The Rallon has graced the top step of enduro races around the world and won accolades from bike reviewers as well. At the request of some team riders and Orbea’s commitment to always testing and developing through their OOLAB project, bike nerds had some of the biggest buzzworthy moments over the last couple of years thanks to this often-covered prototype Rallon. What began with Martin Maes racing a modified Orbea Wild in downhill events led to the mysteriously covered bike hauling ass down UCI World Cup events before being unveiled for its first race (and a win) beneath Tahnee Seagrave.
Utilizing the same carbon fiber mainframe with some clever adaptability through modular components, Orbea has produced an equally competitive downhill and enduro mountain bike with limited compromises. Join us as we Dissect and learn all about the creation of the latest generation Orbea Rallon and Rallon DH.
As with all The Loam Wolf Dissected features, this is a sponsored promotional feature and was made in collaboration with Orbea. As such, it is not intended to be an official review or endorsement of the product. Instead, it’s an opportunity for us to connect with the Orbea team and share a deeper insight into these new bikes. Stay tuned for an impartial long-term review in the future.
