For that reason we’ve started a new series called the Battery Killer and we’re going to be putting a lot of effort into riding various test bikes with different drive units, battery sizes and build a database of mileage and elevation in hopes of helping you you. As with anything, your mileage may vary, but we hope this series is a help in at least seeing what you can expect in certain instances based on our riding results.
In this episode we test the updated @boschebikesystems CX Gen 5 drive unit with three different battery configurations.
Our test mule is the @aribikes Timp Peak, one of our favorite eMTBs and a great test platform for our crew.
