During the upgrade to S4Hana 2023 we experienced error in the RAP Framework during the Execution of an additional implementation of EDIT. Filling the FAILED structure is no longer permitted.
This is caused by changes in cl_dsp_act_comn_exec_add_impl.
Solution: Move the check to the LOCK method
