Let’s face it, most ‘reconciliation dashboard KPIs’ of ETL tools are just glorified row counts and field matches pretending to be actual business controls.
Nobody cares if 1.2 million records shuffled across; they care if suppliers get paid, revenue isn’t a phantom, inventory isn’t a black hole, and the margin didn’t just do a disappearing act.
