[[{“value”:”Since releasing the original JAM² back in 2016, Focus has gone on to become a household name in the electric mountain bike scene. With more commitment than most, the German brand has been iterating and expanding its e-MTB lineup over the past decade, to the point where it no longer makes full suspension bikes without a motor.
We’ve had a heap of experience with various Focus models including the lightweight JAM² SL and VAM² SL. Mick even travelled over to Stuttgart in Germany last year, where he was able to meet the people behind the brand and got an inside look at how they’re developing new bikes. Following the launch of the latest Bosch CX Gen 5 motor system, Focus recently turned its attention towards revamping its full-powered models. Only a few weeks ago Nick delivered his verdict on the big travel SAM², now it’s my turn to see what the latest version of the JAM² can do and how it stacks up in a very hotly contested market.
