Thanks to the talents on the roster of their XC race team, it proved to be the dominant bike on last year’s World Cup circuit. With fairly aggressive geometry and capable suspension, it catered well to regular riders looking for something light, quick, and confident.
Not ones to rest on their laurels, the team behind the Epic decided to go back to the drawing board and see how much they could squeeze out of the concept to make the platform as race-ready as possible. Hence, the Epic 9.
