SAP Signavio May 2026 Product Release – Process Transformation Management and Collaboration
This one is an exciting release for us and I’m excited to share with you the innovations coming with our major release for May 2026. Some of you may have already heard this in Orlando last week at SAP Sapphire and this release continues our focus on helping organizations drive transformation through intelligent processes, real business value, and one connected suite for all.
And specifically for process transformation and collaboration, we are introducing new ways for you to capture transformation value more flexibly and receive tailored initiative recommendations to strengthen continuous value practices and business steering across the organization. As well as a new customizable home experience that brings together the most relevant information and tools together in one place.

SAP Signavio Process Transformation Manager
Flexibly capture value in various forms
Transformation value comes in many forms, from measurable financial impact to operational and strategic improvements. To realize that value effectively, you need a consistent way to capture, structure, and manage it across transformation initiatives.
With this release, SAP Signavio Process Transformation Manager introduces a more flexible way to capture and manage value directly within transformation initiatives. Organizations can now capture:
Performance metrics in flexible units
Additional potential monetary value
Explicit financial classifications such as profit & loss or working capital
These manual value cases are treated as first-class citizens and aggregated into existing financial summaries, ensuring consistency with value cases in our process analysis and mining solution. The result is a more flexible and scalable way to capture transformation value without compromising financial semantics or reporting consistency.
AI-Assisted Transformation Advisory, Initiative Builder for Value Practice and Business Steering
For most organizations, the hardest part of transformation isn’t identifying value, it’s establishing the right continuous practices, securing business sponsorship, and finding the organizational setup that allows transformation to stick. Process data alone can’t surface these gaps.
This new Initiative Builder for Value Practice and Business Steering capability extends our existing AI-Assisted Transformation Advisory’s Initiative Builder capability to beyond process optimization alone. By assessing your organization’s current transformation maturity based on value practices and business steering, it recommends tailored initiatives designed to close gaps, strengthen execution, and improve transformation outcomes.
Each recommended initiative comes prefilled with the guidance teams need to take action immediately. This includes relevant insights, suggested actions, execution tasks, and supporting assets. Instead of starting from a blank page, organizations receive a clear steering framework that guides them from value identification through to value realization.

With this release, SAP Signavio Process Collaboration Hub introduces a more personalized start experience that brings the most relevant information and tools together in one place. Designed to help users stay focused and work more efficiently, the experience makes it easier to access what matters most and navigate directly to key tasks and insights.
Users can tailor their starting view by selecting the content elements most relevant to their role, responsibilities, and priorities. This helps individuals quickly access important information, reduce unnecessary navigation, and stay focused on current work and objectives.
