SAP BTP ABAP Environment – Release 2605
On May 16, the new Release 2605 was delivered. This blog post lists all delivered features and provides an overview. Highlights of the release include new ABAP Language features, the Manage News app for MyHome, the Review Booklets for embedded analytics, and the new Manage SAP System Upgrade app.

The new AI features are listed separately on the What’s New for ABAP Generative AI in ABAP Cloud. The first delivery of ADT for VS Code is independent from the ABAP Backend release and will be rolled-out separately.
