Organizations often operate multiple Active Directory domains due to mergers, divestitures, acquisitions, or organizational restructuring. In such environments, users from one domain may require seamless access to SAP systems hosted in another domain.

This blog describes an approach for enabling SAP Single Sign-On (SAP SSO) 3.0 Kerberos authentication for users from two trusted Active Directory domains, referred to as Domain1 and Domain2, while the SAP system itself is hosted in Domain1.

The goal is to provide a seamless login experience for users from both domains without requiring SAP credentials.
