Are you implementing SAP Cloud Integration to connect your SAP and non-SAP systems across cloud and on-premise landscapes? Through Continuous Quality Checks (CQCs), SAP Enterprise Support helps you assess your integration setup, reduce risks, and identify optimization opportunities — at no additional cost, as part of your SAP Enterprise Support cloud edition contract or SAP BTP subscription.
What Is SAP Cloud Integration?
SAP Cloud Integration is a core component of the SAP Integration Suite, within the integration pillar of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). It connects SAP and non-SAP applications across cloud and on-premise environments — supporting A2A, B2B, and B2G integration through the secure, real-time or near-real-time exchange of messages and events.
Continuous Quality Check (CQC) remote services help you analyze a system and/or situation to reduce risks and outline optimization potential. After each CQC is performed, you will receive a report including an executive summary, with findings and guidance for improvement.
When Are the Checks Available?
The following CQC services are available to strengthen your SAP Cloud Integration implementation, tailored to your specific implementation phase and needs:
| Service | Aim | When to Use & Request | Additional Information |
| CQC for Deployment Readiness |

At go-live, during high interface load, or when rolling out new interfaces with significant message volume increase. Book at least 4 weeks before your go-live date |
|
| CQC for Solution Optimization | Analyzes your SAP Cloud Integration tenant in detail to identify potential risks and confirm alignment with SAP best practices. |

Other than these services, the CQC for Security Optimization for SAP BTP is also worth considering — particularly for customers new to SAP BTP. It reviews your BTP platform setup across key areas including Platform & Onboarding, Governance, and SAP Cloud Connector, helping you establish a secure foundation from the start.

Where to Start
If you are approaching go-live, prioritize these two checks:
- CQC for Deployment Readiness — book at least 6 weeks before go-live to allow delivery 4 weeks prior, giving you adequate time to review and implement SAP’s recommendations before your go-live date.
- CQC for Going-Live Support — book at least 4 weeks before go-live for monitoring of tenant performance and integration scenario execution during your go-live week.
