With Create Sales Orders – AI-Assisted Extraction in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Jamie uploads a PDF or image file. The system creates a Sales Order Request, triggers SAP Document AI extraction, attaches the source document, and flags missing data before the order is created. Jamie can review the document, identify the extraction issue, correct the bounding boxes, and assign the right values to the correct schema fields.
Once Jamie saves and confirms the correction, the system learns from the feedback immediately. After refreshing the extraction, the product is correctly identified, the item is complete, and Jamie converts the Sales Order Request into a confirmed Sales Order.
