This course provides a practical introduction to the SAP Signavio Transformation Suite, focusing on Process Manager and Collaboration Hub. Participants will learn how to configure and administer the platform, manage users and access rights, maintain process architectures and repository entries, and establish modeling standards. The sessions also cover Collaboration Hub setup, along with an overview of SAP Signavio AI capabilities to support process management and improvement.
Goals:
Understand the capability of SAP Signavio Process Manager and Collaboration Hub as an SAP Signavio Administrator.
Understand workspace configuration and set-up of both the Collaboration Hub and Process Manager, and how to correctly administer the system.

This course is designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to the unified SAP Signavio Process Intelligence product and its admin setup. You will gain in-depth knowledge of licensing requirements (SKUs), data center considerations, BTP formation configuration, and user management through Feature Sets.
Goals:
Identify the required licenses (SKUs), access rights and system prerequisites needed before setting up the unified product.
Set up a BTP Formation to connect your SAP Signavio workspace with your Process Insights tenant.
Assign Feature Sets to user groups in SAP Signavio to manage user permissions for the unified product.
Understand the differences between legacy BTP roles and the new Feature Set model, including the impact on access granularity.

The session will demonstrate how pre-built tools, accelerators, and best practices can help accelerate process discovery and value realization.
