In the 1950s, thousands of prospectors poured into Moab during Utah’s uranium boom, hoping to strike it rich. The tracks they carved through the desert now make for some of the best riding in the region, and they’ve just opened up to Class 1 E-bikes.
Rob followed one of the most famous in the area, “Slickrock Trail”, then headed underground. Collapsed roofs. Abandoned rail track. Old boxes of explosives. And a Geiger meter that wouldn’t stay quiet.
