Helder shares how SONAE MC combined targeted use cases with enterprise-wide AI literacy, training more than 3,000 people across central office teams and increasing daily AI adoption to more than 90%. He also discusses the business impact behind that shift, including more than €5 million in bottom-line savings, more than €30 million in incremental sales, and more than 200,000 hours of manual work saved.
The conversation also explores why trust is essential to scaling AI. From centralized control planes to internal governance bodies and explicit guardrails, Helder explains why organizations need to “platformize” AI to manage compliance, cybersecurity, data access, cost, and responsible use at scale.
