Turn AI-powered recommendations into actionable transformation initiatives

Transformation leads can now use the Process Consulting Agent to create actionable initiatives and supporting insights directly from AI-generated process optimization recommendations. When Process Consultaingn Agent identifies an improvement opportunity, your users can seamlessly turn the recommendation into structured transformation content while preserving the underlying process context, rationale, and supporting findings. This helps you bridge the gap between process analysis and execution planning without the need to manually recreate information. The same also extends to value management. Process Consulting Agent can use relevant findings from SAP Signavio Process Intelligence or user-provided business information to create structured manual value cases, helping teams connect identified improvement opportunities with expected business value.
