[[{“value”:”The second-generation Ibis Oso takes a different approach to the full-power eMTB. Instead of building separate frames around different travel categories, Ibis developed one modular chassis that can be configured as three distinct eBikes: the 130mm Oso S, 150mm Oso TR, and 165mm Oso HD.
We’re testing the aggressive, gravity-seeking end of that spectrum with the Ibis Oso HD. The OSO HD is a Bosch-powered, 165mm rear/180mm front eMTB designed for big descents, technical terrain, and self-shuttled laps. With plentiful frame and drive unit adjustability, Ibis ensured that the rider can tune this bike to ride just the way they want it to.
As with all our Dissected features, this is not intended to be an official review or endorsement of the new Ibis Oso HD, as it was made with the support of Ibis Cycles. We hope this feature will provide some useful beta on this new modular, Bosch CX-eqipped eMTB, stay tuned for a long-term review in the coming months.
