Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) and Final approval of the Requirements
For the final approval of the requirements and the Human-in-the-Loop (HITL), I recommend the following options:
1. Validation via an additional AI Assistant that reviews the result.
2. A Quality Gate Meeting, using a checklist, where key users and subject matter experts provide final approval.
3. A traditional review meeting, in which a project team validates, estimates, prioritizes, and grants final approval for the requirements.
